Full Terms & Conditions - NZ Expo Loupes Giveaway 5.2025
1. Eligibility:
- The NZ Expo Raffle Campaign in Auckland May. 2025 (here in after referred to as “the Raffle”) is open to individuals who are legal residents of New Zealand or Australia and are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
- To be eligible the individual must be a participant of the NZ Expo convention in Auckland. – Employees of Byron Medical and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Raffle. –
- Validation: If you submit multiple entries in the raffle, the entries must be supported by the winning scratch card or photo of the scratch card; any entry without proof will be disqualified.
2. How to Enter:
- To enter the Raffle, participants must complete the following steps during the campaign duration (23-25.5 2025):
* Follow Byron Medical on Instagram: @ByronMedical.
* Leave their details in the lead form. – No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win the Raffle.
3. Prize Details:
- The prize for the Raffle consists of supreme loupes provided by Byron Medical, up to magnification X5.0.
4. Campaign Duration:
- The Raffle entries will take place exclusively during the NZ Expo exhibition from the 23rd to the 25th of May 2025.
5. Winner Announcement:
- The Raffle draw will be conducted on the 28th of May 2025 at the Byron Medical headquarters in Brisbane.
- The winner will be notified via direct message by the 2nd of June 2025.
- If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within seven days of notification, Byron Medical reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
6. Terms and Conditions Apply:
- By participating in the Raffle, participants agree to the use of their name, likeness, and comments for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media posts and public announcements.
- The winner agrees to participate in any marketing or promotional activities arranged by Byron Medical, including the use of their image in promotional materials.
- The winner will have the opportunity to purchase a light accessory for the loupes at a discounted price.
- Byron Medical reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these Terms and Conditions.
7. Materials to be Used:
- Byron Medical will provide promotional materials at the NZ Expo exhibition outlining the steps to enter the Raffle.
- Participants can also enter the Raffle by scanning a QR code provided on a small card/at the stall.
8. General Conditions:
- Byron Medical reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Raffle at any time without prior notice.
- By participating in the Raffle, participants agree to release and hold harmless Byron Medical from any and all liabilities arising from or in connection with their participation in the Raffle or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
- These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice, and any changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
- The Raffle is governed by the laws of Australia, and any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
By praticipating in the raffle , participants acknowledge that they have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.
