I was very happy with my loupes when I purchased from Admetec! They have very good customer service. Prashita was very lovely, took her time to take my measurements and helped me select the best types of loupes for my job. She was very helpful, patient and friendly when I was asking her questions about the loupes. My light cover was faulty and the team immediately sent me a new one without delay so I was able to use my loupes. I am very happy with my ergo dental loupes and recommend buying them from Admetec for anyone in the dental field. 😊
It is so rare these days to recieve this level of "good old customer service". In the modern sell sell and forget cosumer world, if you are not buying something substantial the sales dont want to know about it. Robbie our WA rep has haleped to revitalise my confidence in dental sales rep. She has gone above and beyond to help me when my battery and light was malfunctioning. She dropped everything to help me out to ensure I can continue to practice as I am 100% dependent on my Admetec loupes and headlight. She loan me a spare light and battery while I waa getring mine repaired. Byron Medical is lucky to have her on their team. Also I cannot recommend Admetec loupes highly enough. I have been practising for 30 years now and since using thier loupes 4 years ago, it has been a life changing decision for me. Ergonomics is second to none. I can now comfortably practice another 15 years with minimal neck and back pain before I throw in the white towel. I even bought a pair for my son who is currently in dental school.
